The Festivities

Monday November 6th

The Wedding

3:00 pm

Studley Park Boathouse, Kew
Attire: Semi-formal garden party.
Don't be afraid to wear a pop of colour!
Arrive at 3 for a 3.30pm ceremony. The ceremony and reception are both on site. There will be a short lull between the two for people (like us) who may wish to ditch their kids before the party begins.

Tuesday November 7th

The Recovery

11:00 am

34 Fran Crescent, Viewbank
Join us for brunch at our place to continue the celebrations. Our house is an easy 30 minute uber/taxi to the airport so a great pitstop post check out and pre flight home.
All kids and partners welcome.

Local Info

Getting There

The boathouse is located in Kew, 5km East of Melbourne's CBD. There is ample all day parking on-site for those who wish to drive. The venue is also easily accessible by taxi/ride share or the 200/207 buses.

Where to stay

There are many great hotels, apartments and short stays near the venue. Aside from the city and Southbank, suburbs such as Fitzroy, Collingwood, Abbotsford, Richmond and Hawthorn will offer you close proximity to the venue as well as great access to cafes and amenities for the rest of your stay.

A Note About Kids

Let's get real here. We love our kiddos and we love your kiddos. We also love having an uninterrupted conversation, a few too many drinks and a boogie.
Our kids will be at the ceremony and going home with a babysitter before the reception and we are happy for you to do the same with your little ones.
We understand the difficulty and logistics with organising childcare interstate and for this reason we are happy for our interstate guests to have their kids there the whole time.
Depending on the number of little ones we may look at getting a babysitter and having a play area set up so let us know when you RSVP if your little one will be joining us.
None of this applies to the little babes under 6 months, they are all very welcome.

Gifts

We can't wait to celebrate our wedding with you. We don't need you to get us anything. Truly, we're just happy you can come. But if you were planning on ignoring this message regardless, we've created a registry with some special items, adventures and good deeds that you can contribute to.
